CHI - CALIFORNIA HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE would like to share an excerpt from their recent "Take This Pill and Tweet Me In The Morning" conference held on August 4th which brought together hundreds of leaders from California’s biotechnology industry, academic research community, entrepreneurs, investors, healthcare providers, policy experts and patient advocates to address the significant policy and economic questions associated with the transition to consumer-centric healthcare.

Within this webinar, Dr. Eric Topol provides an engaging keynote speech entitled "The Future of Healthcare is Now: Powered by Facebook, Twitter and Your iPhone." This topic proves to be particularly relevant as pharmaceutical and life sciences industries have officially taken note of today’s advances in social media and mobile health technologies ("mHealth"), offering consumers more influence than ever over their health and healthcare. Please join us!
